COVID FAQs

Am I allowed to come in with my pet during their appointment?

Unfortunately, we are not allowing anyone in the building.

 

How do I check-in?

When you arrive for your appointment call the office to let us know that you are here, if you do not have a cell phone please knock on the door to let us know you have arrived. We will ask what vehicle you are in and the phone number we can reach you at during the appointment.

 

Can I run this errand while you have my pet in the building?

Please do not leave the parking lot for the duration of your appointment. Sometimes appointments take less time than we have allotted for, and your pet would appreciate being able to go back to you as soon as possible.

 

How will the appointment go if I am not allowed in?

When we bring your pet in, we will give you a monitor so that you will be able to see, hear and speak during the appointment. We will explain how to use it! The appointment will carry on like usual with the technician taking vitals, and then the doctor will come in and do her exam.

 

What if I have questions or concerns about my pet?

During the appointment you can press + hold the mic button on the monitor to ask! It may also be easier to write a list of any questions or concerns that you may have, and if you can, make a note of any lumps/bumps that you would like the doctor to take a look at.  

 

How do I pay for the visit?

We are still accepting cash, checks, and credit cards for payment. For card payment we will call you for the necessary information.

 

What if I am saying goodbye to my pet?

You will be allowed in the room with your pet. We do require that you wear a mask during the appointment.
