As of 6/9/2023 new clients will now be required to submit a completed 'New Client Form' and your pet(s) records prior to any appointment being made. New clients will also need to schedule appointments with staff via telephone, we will not schedule any new clients via the PetDesk app.

If you are a new dog/cat owner or it’s been a while since you’ve had one, we offer a new patient folder with handouts! We also have downloadable versions of our handouts available! If you would like the downloadable version or the paper copy please let us know!

Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
The only payment plan we offer is Care Credit. You may apply at home or in the office at www.carecredit.com
